Reminds me of our turn of the century Victorian farmhouse in Omaha where I spent years 4 to 15. Beautiful stained glass window accents and a black marble fireplace that never worked. 4 bedrooms, one bath and a never completed basement, where the ancient furnace had a coal Shute early on. Two lots my Mother filled with iris and peonies , lilacs and darling little bloomers I can’t remember the names of. Big front porch and a back door stoop to sit in the sun and dry your freshly washed hair.
Somewhat similar to my old home in Ellenville. The Webb mansion, an old postcard proclaims. It still stands. Loved by its owner.
Wait til you hear what happens next. xo

So much good material here! The seller who hears ghosts dragging chains in the attic! Wonderful!
